Culinary Specialist - Full Time and Part Time, Exeter

SUMMARY

The cook is responsible for food preparation and kitchen maintenance for the facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare meals for lunch and dinner.

· Maintain inventory of food and other kitchen supplies.

· Adhere to cleanliness, storage and other culinary standards.

· Serve as role model.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Two to five years in restaurant or institutional kitchens preferred.
