Assist with client screenings, admission, discharges, orientations, and assessment functions.
Ensures accurate documentation of client information into our electronic medical record.
High School or equivalent experience/knowledge.
A valid driver's license
Experience assisting client population and serve as a positive role model to clients.
Ability to work and communicate with others.
Excellent organizational management skills and ability to maintain self and client discipline.
Previous medical documentation experience
Knowledge of local, state and federal policies and regulations.
Maintain current CPR/FA certifications and CPI annual training.
