Exeter Detoxification and Residential Services programs provide a broad spectrum of services to adults, including medically monitored detoxification, residential and outpatient treatment, education and prevention services, and sober living and recovery support for men and women. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to provide prescribed treatment and nursing care to patients. The Registered Nurse will implement doctor's orders, monitor specified medication/refills, monitor and record vital signs as needed, and maintain medical/nursing records.
Valid Rhode Island Registered Nurse License required
Nursing Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
Knowledge obtained through attainment of applicable state Registered Nurse's license.
Skilled in implementing nursing protocol.
Experience in patient assessment
Ability to carry out instruction and accurately document medical information
Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
