The Care Manager assists, plans, advocates, implements, and coordinates a proactive array of comprehensive, individualized aftercare services and recovery resources for clients and performs administrative work in support of the program.

The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will be responsible for performing exams and histories, prescribing of medications and clinically indicated follow-up visits, ordering tests and treatments, and consulting with the clinical team. Every client interaction shall be documented to professional expectations, and the PMHNP will use CPT codes for billing all services.
